Grand Voyage Hotel - Almaty

The room was super clean and comfortable, plus I had a nice view of the mountains 🏔️. This helped me get a great night's sleep.

Location: the hotel was right by city shopping as well as taxi. After long day I visited La Pasizhu for a couple of drinks.

Even though everything was perfectly fine, some of the staff were not very friendly.

We had a pleasant stay for one night.

We had omelet and eggs in the morning. The hotel location was incredibly comfortable to budget for the trip to the airport...

The hotel offers breakfast with a choice of omelette and fried eggs. The staff is efficient. The room was exceptionally clean and had a view of the mountains. The location is particularly good and close to a colorful amusement park.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel has a variety of transportation options available to get you to the airport. From a metro stop just around the corner to a taxi service arranged by the hotel, travel is convenient and affordable. the rooms are spacious with large windows that offer breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. Clean bathrooms, excellent service, and a delicious breakfast make this hotel stand out.

One minor downside is the limited TV channels offered in the rooms, but with so much to do and see in the city, you likely won't be spending much time watching TV anyway.

As someone who was on a business trip, it was crucial for me to stay connected at all times, but unfortunately, the Wi-Fi proved to be a hindrance for me. the check-out process was quite unpleasant, with the staff being unnecessarily thorough about the minibar and holding me up, despite my taxi being waiting outside.
